FEES AND PAYMENT INFO

THERAPY FEES

Payment will be received at the

beginning of each therapy session.

A Therapy Hour consists of 50 minutes. Sessions are:

$70 for individual and couples therapy per hour.

$95 for family therapy per hour.

Caudill Counseling Center accepts cash, check and all major credit cards.

INSURANCE BILLING

Due to the necessity of submitting a diagnosis to insurance providers, which then becomes part of your permanent record, Caudill Counseling Center does not bill insurance. However, clients are welcome to file for reimbursement on their own. Shaun Caudill will assist you in doing so.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Be advised that a "24-hour notice" is required for all cancellations, including the initial session.

Without proper notice,

Caudill Counseling will apply a full-session charge (see Fees).

Emergencies, however, do arise.

Please notify us as soon as possible.
